Mindful inner oral jaw and sinus myofascial release are the focus of this treatment. We hold the majority of our tension in our cranium, especially in our jaw. This work is for anyone with TMJ, who grind their teeth at night, have high levels of stress, troubles sleeping, and sinus issues. We start off with hot towels to steam the muscles of the face and slowly work our way directly into the mouth, breathing together to relieve the tight, stressed out muscles of the face.
