Our prenatal team is growing in the background. Kelly is currently training both Drea and Jennifer. Our commitment to education is different than the usual ‘take a class and start seeing clients’ process. We start with block training specific target areas. Then we move onto integrating these target areas into a full body flow. After our therapists are confident in their flow, we bring in a few common problems they may encounter. And then they move on to training with Kassie. 😉 We take our reputation as prenatal specialists seriously!

Nine years ago we opened the doors of our little studio with ambition, optimism, and tenacity. We outgrew our first space at the five year mark. We survived the Covid experience only a few months into tripling our size and moving to the location you all know now. Owning a business is a wild ride. We have survived and thrived because we have amazing clients and passionate business mentors. Thank you Omaha for continuing to support us. You mean the world to us and everyone on our team appreciates you. Cheers to 9 years friends!! 🥂
