1. Do you ever have any last minute openings?

Our online booking software is super smart! She can hook you up with a last minute spot up until 2 hours before a session would start. If you don’t see any openings, it’s the truth, but we hope you will book for a future date.

We are worth the wait!

2. Do you offer couples massage?   

We sure do! We can even accommodate a prenatal massage during a couples session.  Unfortunately our booking software doesn’t allow for you to book that option on your own. Send us an email to inquire about availability directly. You can also text our business phone to inquire about openings.

3. Argh! Why isn’t anyone answering the phone?  

As a true small business, we do not have a dedicated front desk staff to answer calls. We happily answer the phone on the (honestly, slim) chance you catch us there while we are checking out a client, but we admit this is an unreliable method to reach us. Your best bet is to send us an email or text! It’s easiest for us to reply to a quick email or text in between clients than for us to find the time to initiate a phone call.

4. There is something wrong with my gift certificate code, can you help me?

Absolutely. Send us an email with your certificate code and we will help you out ASAP!

5. How long will it take you to reply to my email question?

We do our best to reply within 24 hours, but occasionally it takes us up to 48. We appreciate your patience with our policy. (We survived Covid as a small business, we’re tired)

6. Why does my receipt or invoice say Hummingbird Holdings?

Sorry for the confusion. Our fancy legal name with the fine state of Nebraska is actually Hummingbird Holdings dba theta massage. Occasionally our invoices cut off the long name and you may only see the Hummingbird portion.

7. What’s the best way for me to support your small, woman owned business?

Well gee, thanks for asking! Talk about us! Spread the word. Take photos while you are in the studio and shout your love from all the corners of the social media world!  We LOVE to know when we made your day better, it’s like a kitten in a meadow of flowers carrying us a basket of dark chocolate. So good.
