Qigong is a wellness practice that originated from China. It is a practice that trains the body and mind to work congruously with a specific set of movements in order to cultivate qi (chee) or prana. Qi travels throughout energy channels in our bodies known as the meridian system. Cultivating chi in the body will effect us on a physiological and psychological level.
